Mia Dental Products offers products from established dental instrument manufacturers and suppliers. Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer and may range from one (1) to two (2) years, unless otherwise stated on the product page or applicable manufacturer warranty.
Manufacturer Warranty
When a product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, the warranty is provided subject to the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and coverage period.
Mia Dental Products does not provide a universal warranty period for all products.
For products covered by a manufacturer warranty, Mia Dental Products will assist customers with submitting and coordinating warranty claims with the applicable manufacturer when appropriate.
What May Be Covered
Depending on the manufacturer's warranty, coverage may include defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.
Warranty coverage does not generally include damage or failure resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper cleaning or sterilization, normal wear and tear, or use outside the manufacturer's instructions.

To request warranty assistance, please contact us at sales@miadentalproducts.com and provide:
- Customer name
- Order or invoice number
- Product name and/or item number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue, when applicable
Additional information may be requested depending on the product and manufacturer.
Warranty claims are subject to review and approval under the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.
