100% refund on NEW or UNUSED items returned within 30 days of the delivery date, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Returned items must be in NEW or UNUSED condition, as determined by Mia Dental Products.

Mia Dental Products does not cover return shipping costs for non-defective items returned for reasons other than receiving an incorrect or defective item.

New or unused items returned after the 30-day period may be eligible for exchange or store credit only. Any shipping charges associated with the return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or incorrect items may be eligible for a refund or replacement when reported within 30 days of the date received. Mia Dental Products will cover applicable shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
